Ruth I think you’re amazing and have thought you were one of the best from the start. I cried when you left, please don’t think that you don’t have the nation’s support because you do! I have enjoyed all your performances, for me you have stood out from the rest! Between you and Alexandra, in my opinion, it should be you two who win!! If I could I’d have you perform at my wedding, you’re brilliant!!! Lots of love to you, I wish you every success and happiness (especially for your engagement too – well done).
Love
Andrea (Mrs Ellis).

Hi Ruth, I think it’s a d*** shame you got voted out.
I have particularly enjoyed XFactor this year only because of waiting for your brilliant, heartfelt performances. I believe that it is really important for a singer to show that she feels what she’s singing and for me, you showed that the most of any of them, although Alexandra came a close second on that.
The trouble with XFactor is that a lot of the voting is regionally based and I suspect that the Spanish contingent here is not huge. But you ARE huge and I hope very much that we’ll hear more from you.
Keep it up and never say die! I’m there behind you. I think you’re brilliant, talented and beautiful!
Blessed be,
Phaedra McIntyre

Sorry Ruth Lorenzo – when X-factor, as a institution, make a show / claim to be the venue where only the best VOICE will win
- This saturday night show has paraded otherwise.
Sorry X-factor – as you’ve EXCLUDED YOURSELF from the best,,
singer/voice, RUTH LORENZO…
Wish you luck and look forward to hear more form you..Ruth

Ruth shouldn’t be the one to leave today. She is a thousand times better than Eoghan.
The only problem is that she is Spanish not British. It shouldn’t be permited to allow contestants for another countries to enter British competitions when they will be voted out no matter how good they are if they are not british.
The program presenter should say when announcing the winners….In British quality order, not in no particular order.
I am sorry Ruth …you are the best !!! Much better than all the british contestants includind Alexandra.
Simon should’t make a comment about Britishness as he did at this stage on the competition.
Good luck in the future to Ruth.

I feel The X Factor need to take a good look at the system they are using when it comes to judging! As it is so blatently obvious that the BEST talent is not making it through to the final!which makes a complete fass of the potentially brilliant show!Ruth Lorenzo clearly blew away the rest of the competition last night! only to be so unfairly booted out!!!

A great pity that the publc didn’t vote on Britteny as well, Ruth would still be on X-Factor if they had! I don’t think it is worth watching the end of the show now that the ‘Star’ has gone!
There may be some contriving to get the ‘group’ through as there hasn’t been one yet?
We sincerly hopr this is not the end of Ruth..

I think she is the greatest and I cant wait for her first album. I think Simon is too clever to let such a great talent like Ruth Slip through his fingers.
I run a internet radio station and cant wait to put her stuff on air!
Ruth I think you are amazing and dont ever give up singing as you the best female vocalist and sexiest rockchick we have had in years.

There have been some weird goings-on in this year’s X Factor, to say the least! However, despite the fact Ruth not making the final is scandalous, I (and hundreds of thousands of other fans!) firmly believe she is about to embark on a brilliant career. IF she had won the competition, she would have been forced into wearing white floaty dresses and singing Easy Listening songs..which obviously is NOT Ruth’s style! Yes she left the competition earlier than she should, but at least she can now continue without the constraints. Ruth is unbelievable, and I can’t wait to hear / see what she is going to do..make it sooner rather than later Ruth!!

So the Best singer is out Really hope this isn’t the end though as Ruth’s voice is almost as good as Leona Lewis for quality. Simon Cowell would be wise to give the lovely Ruth a recording contract Roll on her first album. Gonna miss you chick Doubt I’ll bother to watch the kareoke acts (Alexander excluded) on X-Factor now.

Ruth what can I say “your simply the best! & the X factor is a farce”
I tried many times through the show to vote for you but couldn’t the line was busy (funny enough the same thing happened last year) I cant wait for you release your first CD I would queue up for hours to get it, but if anyone gave me a copy of Diane’s CD I wouldn’t even bother to pick it up (I cringe every time I hear her voice. I won’t bother watching the rest of the X factor I’d rather do something more pleasant like stick pins in my eyes.
Good luck for the future & what a future you have before you!

So sorry Ruth, it was unjustified, you should have been in the final. Simon made it quite clear on his comments about british right after the alex performance. Girl I can’t wait for your stuff to come out I hope you do as you have actually deserve to be heard from now on. the X factor will not be the same without you. The whole thing was very unfair. 100 times better performer than the Britteny thing.

Ruth sadly went because the public decided that she was not the best on the night. I disagree but what I would say is that the chosen songs, and in particular the first , were not to eeryones liking and she could have been given a better opening number. He rendition of the Bon Jovi hit was wonderfull and last weeks Take That was better than the original. I wish her well and look forward to her first album, it will have the X Factor and will no doubt be Rock which I will adore. As for theose lefT, JLS are like so many boy groups who have good harmonies but are nothing special, Diana is different but I can’t understand most of the lyrics. Owen is great if you are into High School type music but nothing special. My money is on Alex who regardless will get a recording contract along with Ruth. The reall loser on Saturday should I sad to say have been Madame Pears who was just crap!!!!

I have watched every week and always thought that Ruth was pretty good, though not my favourite at first, I liked Laura and think Alexandra is brilliant. Over the past month or so I have come to realize that Ruth really is a STAR – wow! what a perfomance last week! I am not ashamed to admit that I had tears in my eyes when she was voted off. It has been said that she earned her votes for her sheer brilliant talent and not for reasons of regional or home town support, a point I fully agree with. I think Ruth has a fantastic future ahead of her and I hope we see and hear much more of her in the future – Ruth you deserved to win this year as you are clearly the best, even better than Leona Lewis – one thing is for sure you have a fantastic future to look forward to and I can’t wait for your first album release.
Good luck – XX

I saw ruth lorenzo last night at a club in Brighton, she performed and sang brilliantly however i am annoyed at the people who have been appointed her managers/minders as when she finished she was dragged out on his shoulders, maybe she can walk!!! then one minder grabbed me and pulled me backwards as if i was going to attack her or something, in was no where near her, i think it total disrespect to people who like her or do we mean nothing!!!! I have lost respect if X Factor people employ people like that to look after the singers. No more voting now, i couldnt care less who wins.
